About Us

AILC Brief 

AILC is an autonomous, self-help and Pan India Organisation of lawyers. It has been registered in the year 2020 as NGO under the nomenclature of ‘All India Practising Lawyers Council’ in Delhi.


The Retired Judges, Former Bureaucrats, Ex Police Officers, Prominent Intellectuals, Academicians, Noted Social and Political Activists of India have also been subscribing and patronising. The main AIMS of AILC are as follows.


A. To facilitate the legal help at all the levels in the defence to the victimised and oppressed people of India beginning with investigation level..


B. To provide legal aid in the prosecution against the persons or organizations making hateful, provocative or violent statements, actspublications or broadcastings.

C. To render legal help to the persons, unfortunately fallen to the fake prosecution after the discharge or acquittal by filing cases for the malicious prosecution as well as the seeking the compensation for the damages.


D. To suggest and make preparations for the legislation, conducive to the constitutional norms and democratic system and to facilitate to realise the concept of the social democracy in the country.


E. To endeavor acquiring the overall discipline and empowerment of the legal fraternity and to provide the justice at large and to endeavor the respectful relation between the Bar and the Bench..
